HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I called to have my computer programmed and was met with a strange individual that could not seem to figure anything out, just gave me the run around. I was told that he needed to wait for a code and that it would be 2-3 hours. I was forced to pay $275 and was told that i would get $25 back because i paid $300 in cash and he didn’t have any change. They scammed me out of $300 and the owner’s sister was in on it too. Police report has been filed and my lawyer is sending over the paperwork now. James Howard (Jay) you have met your match.

Horrible customer service. I called and had a technician to come perform a brake job on my SUV. Job was performed improperly obviously because my front brake caliper came off and the piston shot out. I almost wrecked with my child in the SUV. Instead of coming to rectify the issue the owners son Jay proceeded to argue with me and hung up the phone when I told them they had done a horrible job. I spent $340 and now having to pay additional money for another mechanic to fix their mess up. The work performed could have costed me and both my child’s life which is worth way more than a couple of hundred dollars. I WOULD not recommend anyone use their services!!!
